To be eligible for a return:
- To qualify for a refund, items should be disassembled and repackaged as originally received.
- All parts and accessories should be included
We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are certain that you will keep the product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the item shows signs of damage, use, or improper handling.
Returns for Non-Quality Issues:
- Repackage the product and send it back to our warehouse

After we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost
The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund on a per-package basis:
- £10 for each accessory-only package
- £15 for each TV stand or audio stand package
Returns for Quality Issues:

- Please retain all original packaging until your return is completed
- Ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit
- You are responsible for shipping the product to the return address
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
- Refunds will not be issued for items damaged during return shipping
Warranty
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are pleased to offer a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for all new FITUEYES products. This warranty applies only to consumers who purchase Fitueyes products from authorized retailers or resellers.
What is Covered?
We offer a 10-year risk-free guarantee for all FITUEYES DESIGN TV Stands.
What Happens If My Product is Defective?
FITUEYES will provide free replacement parts for defective products caused by improper workmanship or material defects.
If a replacement is not possible and repair is impractical, we may refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
Do I Have to Pay Shipping Costs for a Replacement Product?
If your FITUEYES product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide the replacement item with free shipping.
What is Not Covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage not caused by material or workmanship defects
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations
- Accessories or products not manufactured by FITUEYES
- Failure to follow product instructions
The warranty is void if the product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or any alterations.
